A solitary seat of Chief Justice Sushila Karki issued the request in light of the writ of habeas corpus documented for the benefit of DIG Siwal, contending that he was captured illicitly. The request has expressed that DIG Silwal be discharged in nearness of the Court enlistment center and senior promoter Shambhu Thapa, and introduced under the watchful eye of the court.
Burrow Silwal was apparently held from his home before today and taken to the Nepal Police Headquarters for examination.
