Vehicular development along the Khurkot-Nepalthok street area of the BP Highway has been blocked after the street collapsed close Trivenighat, Sitalpati VDC-9 in Sindhuli locale on Sunday night.According to SP Uma Shankar Panjiyar of the District Police Office, Sindhuli, the episode happened at around 11 pm last night.He educated that around 30 meter extend of the street have broke down into the Sunkoshi River.As there are no option highways, several vehicles leaving for Kathmandu from Sindhuli and the other way around have been stranded since yesterday night.The District Administration Office (DAO) has issued a notice to the concerned transport business people to advise the little and expansive vehicles heading towards Kathmandu to remain off the street for the time being.The DAO has additionally told Mahottari region authorities to occupy the vehicles making a beeline for west through Sindhuli.

Local people accuse the fall for the street's frail establishment, splits and gaps created amid the April 25, 2015 obliterating tremor.
